The Annual General Meeting and Family Fun Day of the 5th Saffron Walden Scout Group will take place on 21st July from 2-4pm at Clavering Village Hall. A fantastic chance to meet leaders, the Trustee Board, other parents & carers, to have your say on how the group is run, and learn about the next amazing year of scouting.
The AGM this year will take the form of a family fun afternoon with lots of activities for children and adults alike.. try your hand at tomahawk throwing and more!. There will be plenty of refreshments and a ‘Mighty’ BBQ.
All members of the 5th Saffron Walden Scout Group and their families are welcome.
We hope to expect in excess of 200 people attending which makes the presentation of awards and reviewing the highlights of the year even more special.
