The Annual General Meeting of the 5th Saffron Walden Scout Group will take place on Tuesday 16 September (7pm for 7.30) at The United Reformed Church on Abbey Road. A fantastic chance to meet leaders, the Trustee Board, other parents & carers, to have your say on how the group is run, and learn about the next amazing year of scouting.
The AGM this year will take the form of a short meeting with wine and soft drinks available.
All members of the 5th Saffron Walden Scout Group and their families are welcome.
We hope to have a good attendance to gather your feedback on the last year and your hopes for the next.
